3. Customers may only claim the offer after taking delivery of a new MINI Cooper Oxford Edition.

4. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time where reasonably necessary.

5. By participating in this offer, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility:

The Offer:

1. Customers who purchase and take delivery of the MINI Cooper Oxford Edition will be entitled to:

a. Two tickets for the basic tour at MINI Plant Oxford.

2. Unless stated otherwise in these terms and conditions the offer excludes transfers, excursions, attractions, fuel, gratuities, telephone calls, taxes, further personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the offer.

3. The offer is personal to the qualifying customer and may not be sold, transferred, assigned or gifted.

4. The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative benefits.

Redemption Process:

1. Eligible customers will receive details from the retailer of how to redeem the offer following vehicle delivery.

2. Customers must redeem their offer within 12 months of vehicle handover unless otherwise specified by the Promoter.

3. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their tour tickets in the first instance.

4. Booking of plant tour tickets will be subject to The MINI Plant Oxford Tour Booking Terms and conditions which can be found at MINI Plant Oxford Tickets - BMW Group iFACTORY EXPERIENCE.

5. To claim reimbursement, customers must submit the plant tour booking confirmation and any supporting proof of payment to the authorised retailer from whom the qualifying vehicle was purchased.

6. Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the plant tour unless otherwise notified by the Promoter.

7. Upon verification of the claim, the retailer will reimburse the customer for two basic plant tour tickets.

8. The Promoter and/or retailer reserve the right to reject claims where:

a. The invoice is incomplete, illegible or altered;

b. Sufficient proof of purchase or payment is not provided;

c. The claim is submitted outside the required timeframe; or

d. The claim otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

9. Incomplete, fraudulent or misleading claims will be deemed invalid.

Limitation of Liability:

The Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the customer or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the offer except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Entrant's statutory rights are not affected.

Data Protection and publicity:

1. To redeem this offer, any personal information provided may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers solely for administering the promotion and fulfilling the offer. 3. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
