I'll be honest the first visit to Mini Southend was terrible. Nobody engaged with us at all left us waiting and we ended up walking out. It was only on our second visit when I met either Claire it all changed.

My experience at the mini centre has always been very positive. The staff are very friendly and attentive and I have always been seen to and had questions answered quickly.

Had to travel some distance to Group 1,Southend to source the spec of mini I wanted. Once deal agreed completion was accomplished efficiently in the 7 days required to meet a discounted price available deadline of the end of the month.

A very flawless experience from the get-go. Billy was a fantastic guide and support throughout the process. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of the discrepancy with the AutoProtect insurance. Agreed at 4 years but only given 3.

The customer link person was good and helpful but the communication from the engineer to the customer link person was not prompt meaning my car had to stay overnight at the service centre because the engineer had not completed all the tests
