Great professional service from the sales advisor Mitchell

We are extremely happy with Billy who took us through the sales experience to handover , however when taking the car the low tyre pressure warning was on , there were marks inside the car and a lot of the protective film left on inside the car .

Report said urgent need for tyre, measuring 2.5mm.and advisory 3.1mm, its a motability car, took it to Quik fit as advised by motability bith tyres are 4mm!!! Motability said dealers often try to make money

Staff were helpful and professional. Faulty window/mirror switch was replaced under warranty. Bit surprised it failed so early on a 22 plate. Car was returned clean and the inspection video of the underside of the car and tyres was a nice touch.
